This flower/plant is a "Hosta" about to start blooming. Don't know what the bug is. Anyhow, I love experimenting with techniques. This is shot with my 300mm f/4 lens & a Nikon PK-13 Extension Ring/Tube. It effectively makes the 300mm Telephoto lens into a Macro lens. Handheld - no wonder I have tendinitis & tennis elbow, MF (manual focus). The lens is huge & heavy. Ah well.....
