Oregon Coastline & Sea Stacks at the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area in Newport Oregon
The name is only to be blamed upon the BLM (Bureau of Land Management). I know the most interesting sea stack is in the middle of the photo - but I took this photograph because I loved the effect I got in the camera. So I intentionally ignored Rules-of-Third - - this is what I wanted.
