Chimpanzee "The Old Woman"
I found it hard to photograph the Chimpanzees. Not only due to harsh light & shadows, add their black hair.... Just the way they "looked" at us. But in the group there were a few characters I found "more" tolerable to photograph.... This one I referred to as "The Old Woman" she makes me think of an old man "talking" to himself & off in his "own world" making some kind of statement........
Maybe I'm thinking of the old women in Tunisia & Morocco sitting in the doorways watching life go by . . . . . I feel there's a cigarette missing in her mouth, hanging by her lower lip.....
