Introducing Hopi (spelling right I hope....) female Barn Owl who was found as an owlet & people in the hope of doing the right thing "rescued" her & thus doomed her to a life in captivity. Barn Owls follow their parents for about a year to learn how to hunt etc. She had not fledged her nest but fallen out. Thus now she lives with humans.
